St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre is a continuing care hospital designed to accommodate 64 patients with medically complex needs. Our patients require medical management, skilled nursing care and a range of inter-professional diagnostic and therapeutic services delivered at an appropriate slow-pace to enable patients to reach their maximum level of rehabilitation. St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre boasts a strong team of 11 physicians and a dedicated inter-professional staff including:

- Recreational Therapist / Recreational Therapy Assistant
- Physiotherapist / Physiotherapy Assistant
